XOP'S PRESERVES

XOP owes infrastructure to produce its own preserves.

The aim of our preserves is to be used as an accompaniment or appetizer. This is why we use little-sized mushrooms, so they can be eaten easily with a fork, without need to cut them

Our product catalog is as follows:

 

BABY OYSTER MUSHROOM IN LIGHT VINAIGRETTE

They are produced with baby oyster mushrooms, macerated in a soft vinaigrette of white Chardonnay vinegar, oregano, winter savory, thyme and peppers. It only contains 0,9g of salt per vinaigrette.

  • Recommended uses: Appetizers and salads.
  • Presentation: Glass jars, 100 g net weight
  • Packaging: Cardboard box, 12 units




 

OYSTER MUSHROOM IN LIGHT BRINE

Elaborated with oyster mushrooms, once blanched and canned in their cooking liquid with a light touch of salt (0,9 grams of salt per liter).

  • Recommended uses: Appetizers, salads, rice dishes. Use it in any kind of recipe, especially meat or fish ones.
  • Presentation: Glass jars, 100 g net weight
  • Packaging: Cardboard box, 12 units



 

SHIITAKE IN SOYA SAUCE

Elaborated with fresh shiitakes, cut into pieces, blanched and canned in a teriyaki sauce we prepare with soya sauce, sugar and vinegar.

  • Recommended uses: Appetizers, vegetable salads, rice salads.
  • Presentation: Glass jars, 100 g net weight
  • Packaging: Cardboard box, 12 units
