XOP'S PRESERVES XOP owes infrastructure to produce its own preserves. The aim of our preserves is to be used as an accompaniment or appetizer. This is why we use little-sized mushrooms, so they can be eaten easily with a fork, without need to cut them Our product catalog is as follows:
BABY OYSTER MUSHROOM IN LIGHT VINAIGRETTE They are produced with baby oyster mushrooms, macerated in a soft vinaigrette of white Chardonnay vinegar, oregano, winter savory, thyme and peppers. It only contains 0,9g of salt per vinaigrette.
OYSTER MUSHROOM IN LIGHT BRINE Elaborated with oyster mushrooms, once blanched and canned in their cooking liquid with a light touch of salt (0,9 grams of salt per liter).
SHIITAKE IN SOYA SAUCE Elaborated with fresh shiitakes, cut into pieces, blanched and canned in a teriyaki sauce we prepare with soya sauce, sugar and vinegar.
